FENRAD Hails Dr. Jude Ohanele’s Appointment as CLEEN Foundation Board Chairman By Raymond Enoch
The Foundation for Environmental Rights, Advocacy and Development (FENRAD) Nigeria has congratulated Dr. Jude Ohanele on his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the CLEEN Foundation, describing the development as a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding contributions to democratic governance, institutional accountability, and security sector reform in Nigeria.
In a statement issued on Sunday and signed by its Executive Director, Comrade Nelson Nnanna Nwafor, FENRAD said Dr. Ohanele’s appointment reflects his exceptional leadership, extensive experience in the development sector, and longstanding commitment to advancing civic engagement, transparency, justice, and sustainable development.
According to the organization, Dr. Ohanele has distinguished himself over the years as a respected development practitioner and policy expert whose strategic advocacy, institutional development initiatives, and public policy engagement have contributed significantly to strengthening democratic institutions and expanding civic space across the country.
FENRAD noted that his collaborative approach to addressing governance and security challenges has earned him the confidence of civil society organizations, government institutions, and development partners.
The organization expressed confidence that, as Chairman of the CLEEN Foundation Board, Dr. Ohanele would provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to deepen the Foundation’s work in justice sector reform, accountable policing, democratic governance, public safety, and the promotion of human rights.
