Bespoke Holdings MD Visits NUJ FCT, Pledges Immediate Support for Ultra-Modern Congress Hall By Raymond Enoch

In a strong show of partnership and practical commitment, the Managing Director of Bespoke Holdings Limited, Dr. Christian Olatunji, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, paid an on-site visit to the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) FCT Council Secretariat to assess the ultra-modern Congress Hall currently under construction.

The visit underscored the growing collaboration between Bespoke Holdings and the NUJ FCT Council, moving beyond goodwill into hands-on support. Dr. Olatunji and his team were received by the Council leadership, with Chairman, Comrade Grace Ike, represented by the Vice Chairman, Comrade Yahaya Ndambabo, alongside other executive members.

During a guided tour of the Secretariat, attention was focused on the Congress Hall project, where Dr. Olatunji evaluated the level of work done and the scale of construction still required.

Following the assessment, he pledged immediate material support to speed up progress on the project.

Emphasising the importance of practical action and technical collaboration, the Bespoke Holdings MD also committed to deploying his company’s engineers to work alongside the Council’s site engineer to ensure quality and efficiency.
“Houses are not built on paper, but on ground,” Dr. Olatunji said. “I will delegate an engineer to the site to provide technical support. It is better to have more than one engineer on site so they can work together in any area of need that may arise.”

Describing the Congress Hall as a worthy and impactful initiative, he added:
“The project is a laudable one, and we are happy to be part of it. Whatever we can do at this DPC level, we will do, and later we will provide more support.”

Earlier, the NUJ FCT Council, through Vice Chairman Comrade Yahaya Ndambabo, expressed deep appreciation to Dr. Olatunji and Bespoke Holdings for what he described as a genuine show of love and solidarity with the media.

Comrade Ndambabo noted that Dr. Olatunji’s gesture went beyond business interests, describing him not just as a real estate developer but as a philanthropist with a strong commitment to community development.

He said the provision of construction materials and technical expertise would significantly accelerate the completion of the Congress Hall, which is expected to serve as a major hub for journalists’ activities in the Federal Capital Territory.

The visit marks another concrete step toward delivering a modern, functional facility that reflects the professional stature and collective aspirations of journalists in the FCT.
