Malta to Host High-Level Executive Leadership Summit Backed by Côte d’Ivoire Consulate and Global Institutions By Raymond Enoch

Malta is set to become a global hub for high-level leadership discourse as the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta announces the organisation of an Executive Leadership Summit scheduled to hold from 5 to 9 May 2026.

The Exclusive Summit will convene senior public officials, diplomats, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and top-level professionals drawn from diverse governance and business environments.

Hosted by the Honorary Consulate of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta in collaboration with El-Roi London University, the summit is supported by a strong coalition of international and governmental institutions, including Leaders without Borders Development Centre, Pro-Deo International University (Malta and Italy), the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Uniplural Academy, Malta.

The breadth of institutional backing underscores the summit’s international stature and its relevance to contemporary leadership and governance challenges.

Conceived as an intensive executive-level programme, the summit is designed to move beyond theory, focusing instead on advanced strategic thinking, executive judgment, authentic leadership, influence, and sustainable organisational performance. The programme structure combines rigorous morning leadership modules—addressing vision alignment, organisational effectiveness, and strategic decision-making—with evening interactive workshops and keynote sessions that promote peer learning, mentorship, reflective practice, and real-world application.

Participants are expected to gain practical leadership capabilities, including strategies to avoid common executive and governance pitfalls, strengthen collaboration and institutional alignment, and lead with purpose while delivering measurable and sustainable impact across their organisations and sectors.

The summit will be jointly hosted by Sir Professor Oluwafemi Esan and H.E. Coleiro, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta, under the auspices of the Honorary Consulate, with the support of the Consulate’s Senior Attaché for Education, Scientific and Professional Affairs. The initiative further reflects the Consulate’s commitment to leadership excellence, capacity building, international cooperation, and diplomatic engagement, while reinforcing Malta’s growing reputation as a strategic platform for executive education and cross-border professional development.

Further details on participation, programme content, and logistics are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
