Paradigm Communications Hosts Nova Holdings CEO Mary Ganda, Sets Stage for Strategic Partnership to Advance African Aviation Through Television By Beauty Akporodo Aroh
Paradigm Communications, publishers of Paradigm News, on Monday hosted the Chief Executive Officer of Nova Holdings Ltd, Mrs Mary Ganda, in Abuja as both organisations advanced discussions on a strategic partnership aimed at promoting Africa’s aviation industry through the Aviation in Focus television programme.
Nova Holdings Ltd, a Canadian-based company, provides strategic airline representation services by connecting airlines with government agencies, aviation authorities, airport operators, industry stakeholders and business partners across international markets.
Speaking during the engagement, Mrs Ganda explained that Nova Holdings provides comprehensive airline representation services designed to help airlines establish, expand and strengthen their presence in both emerging and existing markets.
According to her, the company’s services are tailored to simplify market entry, enhance commercial opportunities and ensure seamless operational coordination for airline operators.
She noted that Paradigm Communications’ forthcoming Aviation in Focus television programme aligns with Nova Holdings’ vision of promoting aviation growth, industry collaboration and strategic communication across Africa.

Mrs Ganda described the collaboration as part of Nova Holdings’ broader expansion strategy within Africa’s aviation sector, adding that working with Paradigm Communications would contribute to strengthening aviation policy engagement, promoting safety, encouraging knowledge sharing and supporting sustainable industry growth.
She further disclosed that Nova Holdings is committed to supporting Aviation in Focus through a long-term partnership.
Mrs Ganda also commended the management of Global Television for its warm reception and expressed appreciation to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Hajiya Aisha Larai Usman, for approving what she described as a “game-changing” programme for the African aviation industry.
She urged the production team of Paradigm Communications to remain committed to the vision of the programme, stressing that they are integral stakeholders in the evolving regional and global aviation ecosystem, considering the critical role aviation plays in today’s global economy.
Earlier, the Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Communications Nigeria Ltd, Mr Raymond Enoch, described aviation as a strategic sector that drives trade, tourism, investment, security, connectivity and the movement of people across borders.
He said Aviation in Focus is more than a television programme, describing it as an emerging African aviation communication and thought leadership platform designed to promote informed dialogue, industry development and policy engagement.
Mr Enoch thanked Nova Holdings for its interest in partnering with the programme, noting that Paradigm Communications is building strategic sponsorships that will enable Aviation in Focus to help organisations achieve their corporate communication and business objectives while enhancing visibility, credibility, stakeholder engagement and access to decision-makers within the framework of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the African Union and the Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM).
