In a powerful affirmation of faith-based leadership as a cornerstone of national cohesion and Unity, Ambassador Lorenzo Onwukwem, President and CEO of Greenbirch Technology Limited, has commended the Chief Imam of the National Mosque, Abuja, Professor Usman Iliyasu Tochukwu, for his people-focused and unifying leadership.

During a courtesy visit to the National Mosque, accompanied by Professor Shehu Mailafiya Bamalli, the Barden Zazzau, Ambassador Onwukwem described the Chief Imam’s leadership as a stabilising moral force at a time Nigeria urgently needs empathy, unity, and principled guidance.

He praised the Chief Imam’s consistent emphasis on peacebuilding, inclusiveness, and national harmony, noting that his approach transcends religious, ethnic, and social divides.

Ambassador Onwukwem, a noted entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate of interfaith harmony, highlighted the Chief Imam’s humility, accessibility, and deep concern for human welfare as defining traits of authentic leadership.
