The high-level meeting, which took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in Abuja, marked a reaffirmation of the longstanding partnership between the two nations, with discussions centering on economic cooperation, migration frameworks, and collaborative efforts on global peace and security.

This meeting serves as a platform to consolidate those ties and explore areas of strategic cooperation,” he stated.
Ambassador Egloff, in his remarks, praised Nigeria’s leadership role on the African continent and expressed Switzerland’s commitment to enhancing development partnerships, particularly in areas of vocational education, renewable energy, and peacebuilding initiatives.
