The scholarship initiative has become a cornerstone of bilateral cooperation, advancing human capital development within ECOWAS Member States.

As part of her mission, the Commissioner also held high-level talks with H.E. Mr. Diego Martínez-Belío, Secretary of State for Foreign and Global Affairs, and Ms. Ximena Sartori Mana, Head of the Cooperation Department for Sub-Saharan Africa at AECID.
