Côte d’Ivoire Honorary Consulate in Malta Seals Landmark MOU with JG Drive Services to Strengthen Diplomatic VIP Transport Services By Raymond Enoch
The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta has entered into a strategic partnership with JG Drive Services Ltd. following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening diplomatic and VIP transportation services for high-level official engagements.
The agreement, signed by the Honorary Consul of Côte d’Ivoire in Malta, Mrqs. Anthony C. Coleiro, and the Director of JG Drive Services Ltd., Mr. Andre Farrugia, establishes a formal framework for the provision of secure, professional and protocol-compliant transportation for heads of state, ambassadors, diplomats, consular officials and other VIP delegations visiting or operating within Malta.
Under the terms of the MOU, JG Drive Services Ltd. will deliver coordinated convoy services, protocol-compliant airport and official event transfers, as well as comprehensive security coordination and emergency planning in collaboration with consular security teams. The partnership is designed to ensure the highest international standards of safety, discretion, reliability and comfort in line with diplomatic expectations.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting Malta’s diplomatic and consular engagements with the Republic of Côte d’Ivoir, while enhancing operational efficiency and professionalism in official movements.
Speaking on the significance of the agreement, Mrqs. Anthony C. Coleiro said the MOU marked an important milestone in ensuring that diplomatic activities and high-level delegations were handled with the utmost professionalism, security and respect for international protocol. He noted that the partnership with JG Drive Services Ltd. reinforced the Consulate’s dedication to excellence in consular operations.
